This is what you want a rock 'n roll band in a pub to be like..
Death to karaoke..
I also like a good Joanna plonking away in the corner and glasses tinkling..
-
Wilko's still touring with a couple of the Blockheads and he still kicks fucking arse
-
@fartarse100 - Yes (at least it was still going a few years back) - the stage is at the other side of the cellar - still a great gig but not as good as it used to be
-
I wholeheartedly approve of this performance.

GROSO DR. FEELGOOD, WILKO UN FENOMENO DE LA GUITARRA MENOS MAL QUE EXISTIERON.
Remember, this was done at the height of "prog rock". They--especially Wilko--
were influential to people like Joe Strummer of The Clash. In fact Joe said that
Wilko was the reason he used Telecasters. So, if not for Wilko, we wouldn't have
the Tele riff for "London Calling, "Rock the Casbah", etc.

Just coming up to the end of the Prog Rock era, you can tell the cameraman wasn't used to bands moving about this much! Great performance, and a good bit of history.
