Takeshi's Castle used to have all sorts of 80s video game BGM or remixes for each challenge.Tunes from Commando,Son Son Fantasy Zone,Bomberman,Star Soldier,Nuts 'n Milk and other games featured.It's a shame MXC overdubbed everything.As I live in the UK,our version still has all the music and even Japanese commentary audible.Sadly most of the comedy sections with Takeshi have been removed so I've not seen this game feature.I've only seen a few episodes of MXC which are shown very rarely here
