Those aren't snuff films, buddy. Snuff films are created with the intention of being sold for profit, not political executions or the like. I've also read a few different definitions that say a snuff film has to be pornographic in nature, as well.

@TheNitroiMPACT uhmm snuff films exist all over the mainstream media. just search youtube for 'saddam executed', or 'apache gunship video'. back during the first gulf war, the top officials of government were laughing at snuff films in front of the media.

Snuff certainly does exist. I'm not sure how (or if, rather) you've come across it but, I will say this. The "dark" part of the internet...the portion you can't access through normal data bases like Google...is a very, very sinister place. Inbox me if you want to share your experiences.

By the way a beheading film shot during a way is not even close to being snuff. And I don't care how many beheadings someone has seen on the net, that stuff can't compare to some of the private videos that exists. The FBI lies if they say snuff doesn't exist. There exists trading circles for fossils that would re-write history and science books but people spend a great deal of cash just to keep them to themselves (there was a show on NatGeo about this recently). The same goes for videos.

Snuff exists. There are "sure fire" ways to find it but you have to deal with a lot of scum: kiddie fans and gloryhole tweakers (for example). The net won't help. The only thing that the internet can really help you with are international floating lists, these things are dangerous to use too as you never know who has the list at any given time, trust is needed, and not getting set-up by the feds with something like the laughable "American Hedonist Society". -This is just "what I have heard".-
