@tanpm0620 Actually, the Taizen encyclopedia (the official databook) says that Shion and Dohko are equal and the most powerful Saints. I have also read that Masami Kurumada stated in a interview that he intended to make Shion and Dohko the perfect Saints. After those two, its either Shaka or Saga/Kanon.  Its still debatable. The general consensus is this:

1) Shion and Dohko

2) Shaka, Saga, Kanon

3) Aiolos

4) Mu

5) Shura, Aiolia, Milo, Camus

6) Aldebaran, Death Mask, Aphrodite
