"Waiting till Marriage" would only work if it were implemented culture-wide, not just half of the population chaste, while the other half whores. It creates an imbalance which gives rise to prostitution & societal female sexual enslavement; Where women who have sexual needs & desires are cast & abused as "Not valuing herself" as you put it, and WORSE (as the Bible put it)

If a person wants to wait OR do it, they shld have the freedom to for PERSONAL reasons, not those imposed by society.
