The Neals' home was outlined in paint. Helicopters stood still over our rooftop for 30 min. the following day as intimidation for asking "What happened to Larry Neal?" and reporting THE (JOHNNIE) COCHRAN FIRM FRAUD online. Larry Neal, mentally ill heart patient was secretly arrested and murdered in 2003. Memphis Shelby Co. Jail and the USDOJ refuse to explain or investigate his murder, or release records. The (Johnnie) Cochran Firm defrauded Neals about a wrongful death lawsuit the firm never filed. The cable and utility company had no reason to outline our yard in paint then have helicopters stand still over our roof for 30 minutes the next day. I don't think utility companies are gangstalking my family to intimidate us for requesting accountability re the secret arrest and murder of Larry Neal. However, police departments definitely are. Atlanta police threatened to Taser and arrest me for telling, and DeKalb Co. police said I'd better not tell their superiors they ignore police reports.

There is definitely something bad going on. Many people believe, that if one is in jail or prison, they deserve whatever they get. They do not understand mental illness. Those who speak out are ostracized, threatened, and many times silenced. I stand with Mary Neal.
