Something like that. Slighter higher chance of a red shot supposedly. And of course we all hate the red guys and their 100% shots. Although that's usually the first shot.

@tj4real He's only easy to beat if you're really quick (and can get these yellow soldiers with him). But yeah, he had some potential (I believe he's the only boss in the entire series that can attack both players at the same time).
