This is Sliding Rock in Pisgah National Forest near Brevard, NC. This was taken in 2005, when Hurricane Dennis dumped massive amounts of rain on the area.

Flow here is generally only a sheet of water over the middle section of the rock, and children and adults can slide down and into a pool at the bottom. As you can see here, the flow is up over the handrails on the left.

It was definately too dangerous to slide down here, and the park was closed, but the ranger let us in to look around. I'm pretty sure they still charged us though, which is rather messed up.
