Created in late 2008 to early 2009. Keep in mind that this was originally a school project, and due to time was filmed in about two days and is completely unscripted and improvised. "Ordeal by Cheque" by Wuther Crue was the publication our film was based off of. The original tells the story of the Exeters through nothing other than a series of checks. This is our adaptation of the events and story surrounding those checks. It is set beginning in the 1920's. Starring: Brian Ritter, Conor McDonough, Ben Berry, Michael Evans. "This IS a Tasty Burger" Productions. Includes the music "Dark Was the Night, Cold Was the Ground" by Blind Willie Johnson, "The Godfather - Waltz" by Nino Rota, "Hide and Seek" by Imogen Heap, "When the Levee Breaks" by Led Zeppelin. Inspired mainly by the Godfather and the SNL skit "Dear Sister". Anyway. If you want rate and or comment. Enjoy. Thanks for watching.

  • We watched this in class xD Our group thought JR was a drug dealer and shtuff and he fell in love with Daisy and then he like overdosed it was pretty funny xD...His dad was in a mafia too xD And Flossie was a prostute xD We are fails.

  • Awesome!!My teacher showed us this video and our class was laughing for the rest of the day.Great Job!!!!

  • Really good, considering you had to do this in two days. My class did still image videos. My group interpreted this as Jr, getting involved with the mob, and becoming involved with bootlegging since the dates of the check's correspond to the era of prohibition.

  • I am currently a Education major at Northern Illinois University and we watched this in class today. This video made our day. We couldn't stop laughing. This is amazing.

  • Not bad, interesting interpretation. Smart that you added the detective for Exeter to tell the story.
