Added video effects (motion blur) was from using Twixtor on after effects (rendered the video at slow speed, then sped it up and used motion blur conpensation to add it, audio was taken from a full speed clip of the same video).

One of the options is motion blur compensation for when converting high framerates to low ones, I think it works pretty well.

I recorded this in HD at 30%, and WEB at full speed for the audio, rendered at 24fps.

I shot my gun so that the peds would run away, and they did.

They ran up the sidewalk near Rotterdam in a big cluster, and BAM.

Ambulance jumps out of nowhere and plows half of them.
