The true identify of the Fence Witch is being kept anonymous for safety reasons. I mean, lets say someone caught a glimpse of what she really looked like and dropped dead of a heart attack from the shock of the ugliness. Well, theres a man slaughter charge right there. Lets say it almost gives someone a heart attack. Now we have assault and battery charges. If her ugliness happens to crack anyone's monitor screen -- now we have willful destruction of private property. So, you know? We need to do this safe and ensure that Fence Witch and any personal details about her are kept out of view for public safety :)

I would also like to seriously, genuinely and non-sarcastically express a THANK YOU to my psychotic neighbor, the Fence Witch. Not only has her every cruel malicious attack backfired but in the process -- each time I have been quite literally gifted with increased abundance and quality of life. She has brought to me knowledge, resource and other forms of abundance that I wasn't even expecting. Resulting in increased privacy and security, improvements to our property to raise its value as well as extended legal knowledge as a result of dealing with the cops, fire department and the courts. I don't know if Fence Witch will ever read this but if she ever does: THANK YOU!!! :D I'd hug you if not for the fact that I might catch some nasty Fence Witch Virus :D
