The end of his career wasn't sad. He headbutted a fucking moron who shouldn't have been playing football in the first place. Materazzi isn't even a human being. I can't understand how he hasn't been suspended for life already. The things he does on a pitch are dangerous. If anyone did that outside a footballpitch they would be thrown in jail. Zidane did not have to apologize but he did because hge has maners. Materazi deserved even worse. He is one of the ugliest and dirtiest players on the field that only knows how to kick players legs and and cause injuries. On the other side Zidane is living legend, the best ever.

Player were better built in the time of Zidane, Ronaldo (Brazilian), and Maradona. More creative better magicians out on the field. Today's player choke on the biggest stage of them all the world cup examples are Messi and C. Ronaldo who did nothing for they're national teams. They're good players, but not even close to great at least not until they prove themselves for the most important team of all there country like Zidane, Ronaldo, and Maradona have done.
