  • @Twilight1964

    hi, thanks for the comments...

Are they easy to restore?? ... generally, yes, and there are some good publications and videos out there that are a great help. Yes, the parts, here in the UK, are easy to source, you can still buy every last nut, bolt and washer from quite a few sources

  • - what did you use to strip paint of the legshields, panels etc ? - and what do you reckon is a good paint to use as a top coat/ cheers

  • @MrRowrow22 you can pick some rusterations up at good prices , but at most is around 1800 , , also you have to find the good italian parts dont use indian parts in a rebuild there not as good quality .. im currently doing a li150 myself , and i got it at a bargain of a price of 850 complete scoot , but i have spent nearly 2k on it , and its in process of being sprayed and then be put back together bit by bit :)

  • any ideas how much a 125 lambretta prefrebly li seris 3 would cost?

i would like to restor one over the coming year so when i turn 17 il have a nice scoot and some experience...

also how much do you think in total it would cost to do up?

    thanks
