The standing overhead press (or military press as it is sometimes known) is a great exercise for the development of the shoulders & triceps. Here we have incorporated the fat bar & chose to focus on the lock out portion of the lift. Also by doing the press standing your torso muscles (abs, lower back, obliques and spinal stabilizers) work harder in order to help stabilize your body thru out the movement.
what in the heck. if a baby pressed two inches like this guy he could do the same
