I made a few different variations of my usual sparkler method with mixed ratios and additives, although i changed it around a lot, i think the first one might have been the best.

  • If you can get the lithium out of a battery light it up (outside, it burns really hot and bright) and powder the ash. Adding that ash should give you a brilliant red flame.

  • @TheCaptainLulz i think it would be better to just react it with HCl, the chlorine helps flame colour. but i might actually try that, those batteries are expensive though...

  • what compositions you use ?

  • @neddy17 dollarama sells the button cells 3 for a buck, and the buttons are far easier to get in to (the large thin ones are best).
