  • I wonder if Lon's comparison of Islam with other immigrant groups. Other groups such as Irish Catholics and Russian Jews, sought to assimilate and become a part of America. There are Muslims who truly enter our country with a vision of imposing Sharia Law and taking over. Britain and much of Europe (Eurostan) can give us a preview of tolerance gone awry. As Imam Chardury said,"Because of your tolerance we will invade you, with our religion we will triumph over you!"

  • Ragfish..My only wish is that the dialog with those we disagree would reach and maintain this level of respect and reasoned thought.

    Thank you!

  • Sounds like he agrees that this verdict was wrong. Did you shoot this yourself?

  • Yeah, I shoot everything I post! What I shoot is also for audio for a radio show hosted by Hadi Jawad, airing Sundays at 10:00am on 1360AM "Progressive radio". The show is called "American Muslim Voices".

  • Walt - excellent video, you're getter better by leaps and bounds! I can't believe the results of the verdicts - talk about a 180! Disgusting!

Were you using a tripod? If not, you got steady hands!!

  • Lon Burnham said it very well about the need to see this in the larger context and longer timeframe. It led me to visualize a very pithy and controversial bumper sticker: "TEXAS -- The Other Occupied Territory"

  • What fabulous video and audio quality!! I didn't realize stuff with this production quality was available on YouTube. I guess I need to get out more.
