I quote, "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances." Therefore, the SOPA act should be invalid. The SOPA act acts against the first amendment of the Bill of rights by "...prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech..."

SOPA IS GREAT. It's about time that companies are responsable for their product. They want poeple post stuff on their website? Well ask for identity (credit card, paypal, name it) so if the user make someting against the law, we can take him.
Try to sell or free-give pedophile picture in a bar. The bar will kick you out and report you and if they dont, so they agree with it and the cop will shut down the bar. Same thing on the net. Website HAVE to control what happen in their "bar" or bye bye.

Suppose you want to argue against some issue, but in order to do so and provide credible sources you must post links to major websites like CNN, MSNBC, or youtube. If SOPA and PIPA passes this could be construed as copyright infringement. The language is sufficiently ambiguous so that if your website or forum poses a threat to their interests they could find some infringing material or worse yet THEY could send faux users to POST infringing material on your form ON PURPOSE to shut you down.
Hero of the Internet? AYE!
