I smashed my orange Livebox because it's rubbish and orange are rubbish - DO NOT GET ORANGE BROADBAND!!!

you probably get better connection out of it now, i've got one and its fucking terrible.

To be honist, I never use the modem/router that an ISP provides you, 99% of the time they have been packed full with there own firmware, witch disables half of the router functions, Makes the internet disconnected ever few days. (In my experience), I have been using a Netgear router now for the past 3 years with 3 diffrent providers and it has never let me down. :) Mind you for the past few months i have been trying the BT Home Hub 3 and its been great :), Not once has it dropped out or reset :)

ppl should take action against them, dont they violate consumer rights? ive been using a crappy internet connection for the past 9 months, when i try to disconnect they say, i have to pay 77 pounds cuz im violating the contract, i had to point out that contract also says that we are supposed to get internet and they are not giving it to us, if im violating the contract, orange is like raping the contract. i hope orange would get in to providing blow jobs to goats, it better suits them.

OMG i tryed to end the contract to go onto bt so my mum phoned up to end it and she ENDS UP SIGHNING FOR 12 MOUTHS MORE!!! of the SHITEST servise ever!!! i was on aol for crist sake! that is better!!!

correct nightmareofkaitos...the box is indeed on loan and never becomes the customers property. Have you tried cancelling your subscription pedromanyana? They will ask for it back and place a charge on your account if you can't send it.

ok i'll clarify again.... the box is YOURS after 12 months - you are paying for the box as part of your monthly subscription...i canceld my contract with them after 18 months and i WAS NOT charged for the box.

you pay rental monthly. after 12 monts it's yours - this vid is 3 years old.....you do the maths....
