Not cheap? If any of you ARE SF fanboys and do remember the good old days when Sagat was either unplayable, a new character, or in the Alpha/Zero series deep voiced for the first time, let me remind you of something that plagued any1 who touched the Street Fighter II series...... TIGER TIGER TIGER TIGER TIGER UPPERCUT TIGER CRUSH TIGER BLOW TIGER TIGER TIGER "You Lose" Was Sagat ever NOT a massively cheap character? Need i say more?

she's not cheap actually. I've played with both the old and new versions of her. she is quite the challenge actually.
It really is a creator decision as to if the character should be easy to beat. but this is mugen, so you're not going to expect the same thing all the time.
