As soon as I heard this QUACK use the word "COMMONEST" (the commonest thing...), I started doing so research. Took a look at some info from the American Heart Assoc. This guy is retarded! The WHO/UCLA blah blah says there are no side effects? Doesn't say it friggin' works though!
