香甜的回憶~古早味的新奇食品
阿公的年代,抱著從家裡搜括來的鍋鏟或破銅爛鐵,向搖著波浪鼓的舊貨商小
販換取一支夾著麥芽糖的餅乾,或是從穿街走巷的麥芽糖伯伯手中,接下一支頂端沾滿麥芽糖高的筷子,小心翼翼的嚐一口,清香甜軟的味道瀰漫口鼻之間,入口即化,而夾著麥芽糖­膏的餅乾,酥脆與軔軟的雙重口感在嘴裡交會,再那個物質匱乏、甜點零嘴少之又少的年代,已經是求之不得的甜美滋味了

相傳鄭成功平定臺灣後,曾發展養殖此魚,因此當地人又稱其為國姓魚。鄭成功看到不曾見過、好吃又有奶味的魚,用方言指著說:什麼魚,
