Schiffli embroidery is still produced in Hudson County and the Teaneck General Store is proud to continue the Prince family tradition in this ancient art of embroidery. Please note that Schiffli embroidery is geared towards large quantities for garment or home furnishing applications. This documentary film outlines this unique cottage industry and can be purchased at the Teaneck General Store or its online at: http://teaneckgeneralstore.com/

What a great video. The sound of the schiffli's chugging away at the end made tears well up in my eyes.

This is a great video, I just inherited just over a year ago a small (3yrd) Schiffli pantagraph down in Florida and I understand how you can learn to love working with it.
