I drive tow truck for a living. I know how to load a car. On the front of the porches there is a o-ring hook that screws into the bumper to hook your winch cable to. Then you pull the car up in nuetral and you have no problems. This guy was not a trained professional. I hope he lost his job. He makes us look bad.
