My 45 gallon Fresh Water Aquarium

I redecorated my tank during its routine cleaning. The plants and the ornament are new. Remember to change water twice a month, but don't change TOO much at once, or you will disrupt the ecosystem and potentially stress the fish. It is important, though, to siphon the gravel to remove waste and old food, scrape algae, change the filter, and test the water. When adding new water, check that the temperature is the same as the tank water and be sure to treat tap water before adding it. A fish tank isn't too high maintenance as long as you keep up with it! :-)
