-
i use the pressure washer it does a better job for the hard to reach places

I don't know why people are talking about being lazy with this. This is for people who can't move because they've had injuries or they just have pain in their shoulders or back.
-
I wash myself with a rag on a stick.

well, I understand this better than the Comfort Asswipe. This actually has a good purpose, the other is just lazy..
"wiping with your hands is digusting and is for poor people" Lol..

I believe the idea for this came from monkeys, who have been wiping their asses with sticks for centuries. Not sure that it's very hygienic to keep a poop-speckled stick/head lying anywhere around my house. Wiping my ass with my hand and washing my hands would be far easier than cleaning a poop-stick.

I believe the idea came from someone who broke her back and couldn't reach to wipe. So your kind of missing the point, if you can't reach you obviously couldn't use your hand. Also the end of the "stick" doesn't touch any feces, only the toilet paper does. If that were to happen by mistake you would wash it, just as you would your hands, or soak it in a bleach water solution.
Just as some people need wheelchairs, other need assistive devices to help them reach to wipe.

So you first wipe your ass with it then you use it on your face? Doesn't sound very hygienic to me.

An additional head may be ordered and is easily interchangeable so one can be used for wiping and one for shaving. Or a bleach water solution can be used to clean the head. Either way it is very hygienic.
