The intent of this video is to show you what kind of reception the viewer is receiving on Ch. 30, the local government channel. The same problem exist on Ch. 31 which is the Educational Channel in Radnor Township. I have Verizon FIOS and Verizon tells me that the problem is with the provider. The provider being the Township & School District. I have spent endless hours on the phone, sent emails to the providers and it appears no one cares or they will fix it at their convenience. For example: The person at the Township said that they would not fix it until Oct. or Nov. after they move into their new building. I have been told that the school district will not fix theirs until they move into the middle school. Yet their studio is at the high school. If you have Comcast Digital you may also encounter this problem. For those living in Radnor Township if you have the same problem, whether it be Verizon FIOS Chs. 30 & 31 or be it Comcast DIGITAL Chs. 10 & 11, I would love to hear from you. jhainessr@gmail.com Thank you.
As someone who was involved in the news program and other aspects of the Radnor High School end of the tv channel I have a bit of input for you. The quality of the equipment used for broadcasting was not very high as of 6 years ago and was old at that time. If the equipment has yet to be replaced it could be part of the problem.
The school board tends to decrease the size of the budget for the TV studio in the high school from what I understand as well. It is a shame, it is a great program.
