  • @kingscrusher Amm.. that was to slahblah instead of me I guess xD, greetings from Uruguay

  • Is there any way you could post a video offering your insight on how to improve at chess or how you got to be as strong a player as you are? I'm about 1800 and am trying to devise a plan to reach master strength. I think it'd be really helpful and interesting to your followers to see your thoughts on chess progression and development

  • It's pronounced fianketto

  • @kingscrusher I agree on all points, Tryfon.

  • @kingscrusher Here is the relevant analysis - Nxe6 yes apparenty equalises after 3rd choice houdini move Be2 was played:

    Suffering - KingsCrusher, ICC 15 0 Internet Chess Club 2012

    5rk1/1bn1p1qp/p2pP1p1/2pPn3/2P5/2N1QP1P/1P2B3/R3R1K1 b - - 0 1

    Analysis by Houdini 2.0c w32:

    1. = (0.00): 29...Nxe6 30.dxe6 Nxf3+ 31.Bxf3 Rxf3 32.Qd2 Qf6 33.Rf1 Rg3+ 34.Kh2 Qh4 35.Rf8+ Kg7 36.Rf7+ Kg8 37.Rf8+ Kg7

    However it is necessary to find Nxe6 and the right follow up continuation.

  • @kingscrusher Also can I just add, it would only be equal if I found the stunner Nxe6. So when you say "allowed to equalise" - do you mean if this was an "Advanced chess" game where I am allowed to consult a computer - or do you mean in real life as a game on the ICC.

  • @kingscrusher From most of the games on the 15 min time control. typically even 2100's seem tactically weak and capable of loads of blunders. Just check the full set of live commentary 15 min games for yourself. Even in my last win, I blundered several times to almost throw away a win. And I am now ranked around 60 again on the ICC 15 minute time control at around 2130.

  • @Cuchuflaity Really - so the 3 second minimum delay for every single move of the game and shutting down *all* tactics even when completely winning is typical of a 1300 player online destroying a 197 ECF and Fide rated player is it?! I didn't know that.
