Dear Global Friends,
This is the correct way of meditation. It is also called " Natural Non-Action "
meditation. But it must be followed by purification of one's inner and outer-selves
in moral values. Moral practices and meditation must go together. They are inseparable. One is without the other.
Note:- Please listen to the instructions over and over again very carefully and practise without fear.

This third eye bit made me smile :) I've had the pulling sensation in my forehead before. Those colors seem so pertinent as well.

Are we supposed to actually be trying meditate during these videos, or are we just learning first and trying it out after? Kinda hard to concentrate and then switch the vid every 5 mins...
amajeet meditation is not hindus property. its belongs to everybody. mayans, moses, jesus, mohhamad, buddha, gurunanak and others have done it and got connected to god. meditation is universal law to connect to god. enjoy it.
