@MrGoodBurn you must have some pretty cheap ones cause i got some to and the rain SOAKED them but they were fine.

These were simply installed under the eves of my house, and in no way incorrectly. This year I dug the lights out of the plastic bin I had them stored in and one sting has two dim blue LEDs, but other than that functions correctly. I wanted to buy some extras to have in case another set dies, but Gemmy does not sell them this year. I contacted them and was told basically "sorry, we can't help you. We don't stock them, and there are no resellers in your area. Try eBay". Great customer service!

@teecee2468 I'm not a Gemmy hater, but your wrong! Gemmy sells good stuff and bad stuff. The air-blown inflatables are great, and the light show products are awesome, but flawed. I purchased 10 sets of the over sized C9 style light stings last year, and the first rain killed one sting when a light filled with water. It shorted out causing it dim and knock the others past it out of sync. I took it back and exchanged it, next rain another sting at the other end of the house did the same thing.

a message for people who think gemmy products suck: SHUT THE F***UP!!! they are awesome if ur gemmy prop broke its probably cause u set it up wrong. and dont say u did case you probably didn't you just say you did cause ur really pissed off. sure SOME gemmy props are cheap but most are awesome. so got to hell gemmy haters.

I have them and they are great. My only problem is I can't get them to change from green and red. I have the trees and they work great. Has anyone had the same problem as me.
