So, I saw this weird "cloud" near Colorado Springs, Colorado. I've never seen anything like this before...that's why I decided to film it. I don't think I'm completely convinced on the HAARP conspiracies but the evidence seems to be mouting up. When I reviewed this video on my computer I noticied a flash in the sky around :29 seconds. What do you think?
I've seen sundogs and halos around the sun before due to the scattering of light from high clouds. But this seems to be focused on this one "cloud."
@matted0073 he's not stealing it, he's analyzing it further.

@FaithsKey because in the original the Sun is hitting that part of the cloud. Therefor when other photographic filters are put on it, it is going to highlight in different ways depending on the type of effect filter used.
That last part of the cloud is at just the right angle and density to capture the light in a very vivid way. Its not uncommon especially at Sunset. give it a try.

@FaithsKey Is it really showing anything else? I've seen several vids on conspiracy stuff where they do this, showing contrast changes, but does it really show anything at all. There ARE changes made, but why in one area as opposed to another? I see that people are making some BIG decisions when they view these contrast vids...

@gambleyourhealth Hi, I've spent the last 10 minutes reading the dialogue between you and the poster, and I see that you are right, gamble. Question though: Does the photo manipulation show ANYTHING at all? It looks to me the effects are like 'highlights'- highlighting certain areas, bringing out things not seen in the original video.
Why does the changes color red in one area, blue in another, etc.? I know it's not heat, but why would it highlight THIS cloud than another?
