We are told about the plight of these gentle, beautiful dogs and why they need our help. Hopefully, someday, there will be no more reasons to rescue Greyhounds, only reasons to love them.
Please visit MyLaydy's Channel on YT and watch "Greyhound Rescue Part 2- Chariots of Fire". These videos can also be seen on www.livevideo.com

  • In Calgary Alberta canada they have alot of these great animals for people to adopt These are the best pets

  • Thanks, JD, for watching.

So many people are trying to help these dogs.I just trying to raise awareness

As far as saying that they're the best pets- I'm kind of partial to my Bosco!

    Thanks, again!

  • It breaks my heart to know that these dogs are treated so horribly. Please let me know if there's an organization to help, so I can send them a check.

  • Thanks, Grandpop! I'll be in touch!

When are you leaving on your 2008 adventure?

  • This is an eye opener!

  • Thanks, Honey! Something we don't usually discuss at Bar Mitzvahs and weddings. See you soon?

  • @GrandpopPhiladelphia ... these dogs aren't treated in the manner this ill-informed self-righteous individual would lead you to believe. Makes me wonder where these incredible claims come from.

  • I'm learning this now. I think some areas of the country are better than others, etc. But it does seem there's quite a bit of propaganda out there.

Certainly it's a good way to get donations isn't it?

  • hi guys we work in the UK for RGT retired Greyhound trust, we foster quite a few and 'cat train' them to aid thier chances of rehoming, we have done 12 dogs so far, onlu 1 failed to adopt wuth cats and that was not a pure greyhound. Great to see you are doing this awareness to. See greyhound rescue Flynn and grehound rescue Fred for our videos

  • Thank you, Diane! our love of animals is one of the many things we share! If even ONE Greyhound is saved from death, then we've done some good. The comment below reads that not all Greyhounds are treated inhumanely. I'd like to believe it... if only I can see some proof. I've invited him or her to show us what happens to the lucky ones.. I'm actually looking forward to it.

  • Thank you for commenting. I'm relieved to read in your message, that not all Greyhounds are tortured and killed after their racing career is over. What do YOU do with them when there done? People will want to read about it.

  • this video is nothing but people who know nothing about greyhound racing speaking lies... this is not what happens on a regular basis, and it is truly sad that any bed eggs in the racing industry have givin everyone a bad rap.. i am 4th generation in the greyhound industry and this isnt just a paycheck, this is a love for the beauty, grace, and determination of this sporting breed.. i highly suggest more people do far more research than what these "rescue groups" tell them.
