This is fucking tremendous, then later on fucking morons are going to go on to complain that these kids are too stupid, un-fund it even further and the only thing we're going to have is stupider kids, not a finer budget. that money is only going to end up in the hand of crooked thieves. it's so fucking unbelievable, and with a slight hint of racism, it's almost unreal.
