This is the fix to the beta logo-me and its issue with not working! Any ways the link to the download in the video:

why? well vuse is a torrent opener and the file for redsn0w is a torrent.

1.What operating system are you running?
2.What torrent down-loader are you using?
3.Did you run the Redsn0w as "Run as administrator"?

@suspect650 it is a command prompt just follow the on screen instructions. if you are running it on a mac or Linux im not an expert at those operation systems and youll have to try to figure it out.
