  • What the hell?

  • I herd that this ad was banned as it came across on a racial note, but you have to look outside the box (big picture for some of you or less narrow minded), it was not done in a nasty way at all, just in a light sense of humor for advertising on TV.

Every race and culture at some point gets highlighted on TV or in general.

It was nice to see that someone had found it again in a good, lighthearted way.

  • I was on about this advert at work the other day and no one remembered it!!

  • @davey7601 Presumably it was going to be the first airport in the UK on a hill!

  • Oh my god, I remember sat in my Yr 6 class singing this in English and getting told off by the teacher.

  • Ha ha!!! Aint seen this in years!!! Used to shout this pissed up in Magaluf 1993!!!

  • @aincles My sister thought it was real too, she rang 100/192 and asked them for the number to Punjab Airways, no number, so we thought it must have been some sort of rich joker that paid to have this odd advert shown. Only recently from this upload I realised it's an ad for crisps LOL.

  • love it! been looking for this for ages! x

  • top ad,they should bring it back out ,can't believe that ppl have been lookin for years for it bunch of munters

  • Believe it or not there was actually plans for an airport at Consett in the 1980's,it was going to be built on the site of the old British Steel plate mill at hownsgill.

    But it never came about.
