@galacticanut There are coins and relics everywhere!! But, you're in So Cal, you need to hit the beach. Coinshooting alone could be lucrative for you!

i found a belt plate . w/bearpaws...plain face though. found it in saratoga. think mine may be 1812 or earlier.not as nice as yours ,but intact. you have made some great finds.congrats.

Sorry a 1700's Silver Coin blows most Gold out of the water. Other than a 1700's Gold Coin.

we had another tip on the gold cache which we have been investigating but the bear like the same area. will return with the new tdi detector & see if we can hit another big one. hope to see you soon. thanks bob

upstate New York. you can find treasure with any metal detector but a better unit will find things deeper & work much better in the areas i hunt-thanks bob
