There's plenty of Explanation while i'm only going to say that Holy Prophet Muhammad Salalahu Alehe Wasalim Had another message concealed in this Surah regarding the Beginning of the Dajjal

Sorry i just found out that the dajjal hasn't been mentioned by name in Quran

there is no mention of dajjal in any of these verse(maybe) and there are other references in Quran in which dajjal has been called by the very same name K.A. dajjal. Then y weren't those other surah not recommended for the defense against dajjal?

it is beleived that at the begining of every century a new dajjal will appear(out of thirty) as we all are seeing "2012" which is miss leading most us and is creating a lot of doubts in our mind *_* only the time will tell what is going to happen next not Human or "Animals"

@realsnakeater ,no it is served as protection against Dajjal or samiri is his real name. Dajjal means, cover up the truth. for eg; a cow in a market about to be sold has disease or a small patches on it body is wounded so the owner quickly rub mud over it,to cover up the truth, this action is called Dajjal,means cover up the truth.
