John the baptist didn't work while he was in prison. God intends for him to be hungry and be beheaded. The Lord is so Good.

I think that God honoring labor is any labor or work that is honest. It is work that he can do that is something he can do without violating the word of God, and that he does with all his heart. He puts real effort in it and takes pride in it. I hope this helps. God Bless!
