dinosaurs were not all that big. especially when they are babies. It was possible for noah to bring babies or even eggs on the ark. Not to mention the ark was HUGE! 450 feet long, 75 feet wide and 45 feet high. trust me there was plenty of room for the animals. evolution is a fact though. its just been exagerated. the truth is that God alowed the creation of animals to adapt to surroundings. birds are dinosaurs too

@njs811271 the thing is the ark could not have been big enough to carry all the animal species without the dinosaurs being included. there is no way to make a boat big enough from wood. many other things don't jibe either. dino fossils have been shown to be millions of years old whereas creationists claim earth is 6-10,000 years old. and they offer no proof except the bible

I believe the Earth is only about 6,000 years old. The first scientist to suggest the Earth being older than that could have said anything he wanted. He picks up a rock, says it looks old then looks at the carbon emmision from that rock and says "it must be so." The fact is that if you didn't have one scientist start and experiment 1 million years ago its not possible to have enough data to suggest anything over

@njs811271 your answer is is disingenuous at best,you claim a scientist can say whatever he wants about the age of the earth yet it is science and scientists that have brought us all these things we use today so why would you claim they are wrong about the age of the earth?

But what you must remember is that scientist are human just like you and I are. That means they are entitled to mistakes. In todays society don't you suppose it's possible for them to make a mistake? Yet we praise everything they say as fact. If you make one tiny mistake in science that can offset the whole system. I'm not saying all science is wrong. I'm just saying some things are mistaken.

@njs811271 ok look at what you posted. can scientists be wrong? yes absolutely. this is why all things are peer reviewed and vigorously tested. now the reverse for you if a scientist can be wrong and many scientists are indeed smarter than many people what makes believing in religion right? before you bring up the whole faith argument i understand that. this is part of what i mean by being disingenuous

@hellshade2 if scientists can be wrong then so can you yet religion provides no mechanism to correct it's mistakes science does.

also there are many different ways to check the age of rocks not just carbon dating,

I can be wrong. Your right about that. And I do believe it's possible i'm not 100% correct on everything I know. But if I get to Heaven and I find out I made a few mistakes, so what? I'm in Heaven. I believe that hope is far more important than being right. You can put your hope in God, or you can put your hope in a man not much different than you. I pick the one who said he would love me no matter what and would never lie to me. I have never gotten that kind of promise from another person.
