  • It's all up to interpretation how reality is perceived

  • @g77seven the sad thing is that so many folks are having their perception shaped by corporations that control media outlets without the good intent of the people.

  • I'm going to be posting more of my lectures and discussions from now on. I've come to realize that my base really doesn't realize the extent of the work I do and I'd like you guys to be aware of it and benefit from it as possible!!

  • @LeadPaintSandwich oh and you might as well get the latest model when it breaks because it would cost more to repair it then getting a new one. meanwhile, all that electronic waste is shipped to china, poisoning 14/hr a day laborers. that or it winds up on ocean floors in international waters. but at least we can go on facebook and spend hours writing drafts for the perfect comments to show everyone how cool we are :( .

we need more humility and understanding, but that just isn't sexy enough.

  • social engineering... feels bad man.

everyone's got these 'smart phones' now, because you HAVE to be able to play super monkey ball whenever you have time on your hands. why daydream, meet new people or reflect on yourself and your environment when you can escape reality at anytime. why take the time to learn anything and forge opinions when you can just 'google' the answers to your problems. quick and easy solutions in a faster paced world. damn crackberrys got us working at home now too.

  • They have been trying to break up the black family for so long and Hip Hop has turned into what could be the final nail in the coffin. However Hip Hop could also be a positive force in reversing the negative effects it has had by broadening the scope of thoughts that are running through these youngsters heads. They have been stripped of their identity. Hip Hop could give it back but it would take someone huge in the game right now like Wayne or Kanye to spark it. Don't hold your breath though.

  • Real talk my dude. My youngest brothers were living one zip code away from the most expensive zip code in the US talking about some Gang Bullshit. I was like, 'You two sound stupid!' You think people caught up in some gang banging madness whether their in gangs or not are 'Happy' about that shit? I let them know that they were the biggest (6'5"&6'6") and blackest (my youngest brothers are dark skinned) and if ANYTHING happens the police will be on their ass. You want the wrong attention!

  • Just watched one of your blogtalkradio videos about NET HOES- great vid man keep that shit up.....

  • Yo NY where can I get that song you Qoted and played some of? Also when you coming to bmore!

  • I am a 'Old School' hip-hop head. One thing that I like to bring attention to is the fact that many adults from my era have allowed themselves to be silenced by the negative engineering of hip-hop. When anyone seriously critiques the state of our music they are classified as a 'hater'. Especialy, when you observe the Lyrical evolution of the MC in the late 80's to the mid 90's de-evolve to short denigrating hooks. Many of our youth have been misled into believing that hip-hop is only for them.

  • @nyoil much needed..salute!
