    I have learned a number of forms from her, as she is my primary Tai Chi teacher. I have also previously uploaded a shortened version of the Double Tai Chi Sword form.

  • I've never taken anything with her at York University. I've been her student for about quite a few years outside of York U.

    But I have learned her short fan form and chen form. It is good intro for beginners, but I still prefer to practice the standard fan and chen forms that she taught.
