I took a little vacation and I'm back. The Amtrak Pennsylvanian heads westbound through Parkesburg Pennsylvania on 5/31/09 at 1:23 P.M. This was the closest I ever stood to a train and it was awesome.

  • What was the strange noise at the end of your video?

  • Me stretching.

  • When you watched my Train Ride Part 3/3 at Busch Gardens, I also heard a CSX Train.

  • Cool.

  • Is that a electric corridor?

  • It sure is.

  • I would love to have that dwarf signal. Last year when my mother and I rode from Harrisburg to Philadelphia they switched our train over at Leaman and switched us back over here. I think the dwarf would show restricting or slow clear. The signal is probably gone now.

  • Does anybody know why the Amtrak Pennsylvanan has long distance Amfleet II cars? NY Penn Station to Pitsburg PA is a short distance to me. I would say just use Amfleet Is.
