Yes, there's quite a lot of young groups playing very good jazz music - Contemporary Noise Sextet, Sing Sing Penelope, Kolektyw Etopiryna, 100nka, Robotobibok, Skalpel (they're well known) Marcin Wasilewski Trio (more classical approach). Polish jazz certainly is in a good condition! :)
