This is the second song on "In the Court of the Crimson King", one of the most stunning rock albums ever made. Always loved it since first hearing my brother play it in his room (off an old vinyl record player) in the mid-80's... At the end, largely hearing Ian McDonald (various instruments, mellotron), and Michael Giles (drums) playing... Both were outstanding; Robert Fripp once commented that Michael "was in a world class". The two would later split off, forming "McDonald and Giles"

This was one of the very early songs of King Crimson, and, if I recollect accurately, actually written before the band had formally formed! Nonetheless, it witnesses to the fine talent of the 'youngsters'!

La traducción es literal, en esta canción "Straight Man" y "Late Man" no son más que alusiones a la parte racional/emocional de ser humano, pero este disco sólo se puede comprender si se escucha entero y se presta muchísima atención.
