Dette nummer kommer, efter min mening, i kategori med Hvalen Hvalborg og de andre store numre i "Shu-Bi-Ballade"-universet. Jeg ville være jordens lykkeligste person hvis jeg havde skrevet dette nummer og Hvalborg. Det er fantastisk smukke numre. Michael Hardinger må være fyldt med lyse farver indeni og man føler virkelig han er gudsbenået. For hvordan kan man ellers skrive noget så guddommeligt og harmonisk, hvis ikke man har kontakt til de højere magter? Hardinger, du er fantastisk!

the song is wroten in a sarcastic fashion, and is a discrete critic of fashion. it tells the story of askepot (the danish name for cinderella), who can't get a date or boyfriend because she doesn't wear the right clothes.
the "right" clothes in this instance, is Lacoste, according to the chorus: "it's a small and crooked dille (danish for fashion), a fashion green mania, which sits just where the hearts beats"

there wasn't a question, as I know this particular song (and the band, for that matter) rather well.
my post was meant as a reply to the user "just1question", who didn't catch the meaning. and at the time, I was unaware the you could reply the way you did, so I just entered the username first (as I'm used to from several forums)
