This is my interpretation using Technical Analysis and Elliott Wave Theory to look at financial markets. Elliott wave is my preferred tool when looking at the stock market, I believe that it can work to reflect the "psychology" of the market quite accurately.

  • Hi there, nice video however i do have a question, at 3:25 you measure the fib from the bottom to the top, shouldnt you be doing it the other way around, measuring from the top to the bottom to get how far wave 2 retraced? you normally measure fibs from the start of a trend to the end, seems like you measured it from the end to the start? cheers

  • @dezware Thanks for the question. Yeah I get this question quite alot. You are corrent, the main reason I do this is out of habit....

my charting software projects the fib levels past 100% automatically and for this reason I tend to draw them pointing at the expected direcetion.

  • your pilot Max

i'm shorting but this market ain't rolling..........

    roll boy roll.

  • @orangedac we need some confirmation this upcoming week....

If it does start to roll, there will be plently of oportunities to add to our positions...

Im making sure I don't jump in too heavy on the short side... calling tops is tricky business :)

  • Who do you deal options with can I ask ?

  • @ricochetVendetta What I do is spreadbet...

When I say I bought options, I mean I went long on put options through spreadbetting.

    The provider I use is:

    igindex (dot) co (dot) uk

Very detailed provider, you can find almost every instrument imaginable to bet on here.
