omg........................................I have HTC only got it 3 months ago.. what Im using is 3rd phone.. guess what spending tons of time calling them and visiting...tech centers which never fixed... All phone companies suck, it really comes down to coverage and how much you want to pay. If you get spring coverage, and you want a smartphone, sprint is your best option because of unlimited Data. Otherwise pick AT&T or Verizon, relatively similar, both have a larger coverage area, cheaper talk and text plans, but their data service blows. Basically; smartphone = sprint, talk and text = AT&T or Verizon.

this guy is dumb. the htc hero is a free phone, which will come with free problems. when you buy a phone they give you a trial period. have a tech open the phone to show you that there is no timer in the device that will make the phone turn to shit after 30 days... so there must of been a bad app that was downloaded or this phone took a bad spill. this jamoke didnt read into his warrantee.. he needs to get a hold of htc not sprint...
