there is a minor difference between russia and the west, since russia is in the beginning of the way into deep shit you live in - in the west business owns police and in russia those who should maintain security try to steal from business or become business themselves. pure capitalism without any masks. but its about higher ranks, lower ranks tend to do their job well in majority.

is not able to catch since their function now is to do anything but not to maintain order and fight crime, most likely to cut own expenses to leave more money for fat swines in kremlin and parliament. what question should i answer my brainwashed friend? what do you want to hear, me admitting that fsb kills journalists? or maybe that police opresses ordinary people? both would be a lie, even if exclusions may occur.
