I was just thinking how great this would be in Metro Toronto with 6 million people and their oil running into Lake Ontario. Not to mention Hamilton next door. With all their Oil going into the that lake I am glad I live 200 feet above them on Lake Erie. Just Maybe This programme will find it's way here to ONTARIO.
