@MayoNadez: Sure, no problem. Blender 2.59 comes with that add-on, but it's just disabled by default.
Click "File -> User Preferences" in the window that appears, click the "Add-Ons" Tab.
In the search bar in the top left, search for "svg".
Check the check box for the "Import/Export" add-on that shows up.
Close that that window.
Now if you press "SPACEBAR" with the cursor over the 3D view and type "svg" you should see the option to "import svg".

@mesiah7up: Please watch my "Blender Basics" videos. I'm sure I did a video on this. Or, go to the Blender Website and read some of their tutorial. With a Program like Blender, if you skip the basics, you are going to be very lost.

@IScopExU: At what part? can you give me a time stamp? Also, This video is old. Blender 2.5 and 2.6 is very different. I'm pretty sure I did new videos for this.
