  • @AceofDiamonds0 Keep what I said in context. Life on earth matters now. Suffering matters now. What I'm saying is that there is a bigger plan than we realize now. We will understand more when we see the earth from more of God's perspective and from "hindsight" after we die.

What I'm saying about suffering is that in a million years it won't be significant anymore. Now it is. Later it won't be. Get it now??

  • @AceofDiamonds0 Your post is so far off I don't know where to begin or if it will even matter to explain.

    1. I do try to make the world a better place.(donate time and money, etc)

    2. Suffering does matter (but only so much can be done in disasters that you worry excessively about) We do all we can and accept the fact that we are limited in ending ALL suffering. Keep trying, yes, but end it all? No you won't

3.Eternal life? Heaven is better than the best earth has to offer.

  • @romansten9 you would think that an all powerful god wouldnt need a human sacrifice to get people to do what he wants.

  • @romansten9

yes but it just seems like you only care about getting to heaven and not what kind of state you leave this world in. you try so hard to get yourself into heaven while not lifing a finger to better this world because as you said "this life is like a millisecond" as in inconsequential.

an eternal life would be unimaginably dull.

if you want to get to heaven so fast, why wait?

  • @AceofDiamonds0 My point is that if a family lost someone due to a disaster, and that loss brought the family closer together (and if circumstances led those family members to ultimately come closer to God) then it might result in more people accepting Jesus as their Savior and going to heaven when they die. We don't understand the reason for things, but a millisecond of suffering is better than trillions of years in hell. Think about it for a while.

  • @AceofDiamonds0 "when you get to heaven does that mean you no longer care what happens to those you leave behind?"

Where did you get that idea? Makes no sense. Each person lives their own life and has a chance to accept or reject Jesus and go to heaven or hell. Children will have their own suffering in this life and opportunity to go to heaven or hell when they die. (just as adults do) The main point is: This life is like a millisecond compared to eternity.

  • @romansten9

so, we should actually thank god for the horrible things in our lives. I for one am thankful to god for giving us things like natural disasters, terrorist attacks, disease, infant death, ect. you should praise him for all the lives he cuts short.

heaven is not the only important thing because even when you get to heaven does that mean you no longer care what happens to those you leave behind? your children can suffer through gods plan as long as you are saved?

  • Also the reason why people thought up god was becose of unknowness and war.

Centurys back we didnt know how rain comes, so we thougth something up.

It also might have come becose smart rulers of countrs needed a reason to attack some another country, so they said they dont believe we save them by forceing them to believe. actuly the just wanted more power.

    BTW sry for my english

  • Omfg, people you have been brainwashed many centurys.

God dosent exist. Do you have any proof that god exists?

PIble? PIble is a book full of bullshit, Pible says that God made humans an they didnt evolve from monkeys. Thats a lye, we did evolve from monkeys, we have proof that we did. God and Hell, those things are fantasys.

If you ask me how the world became, i dont know, but it deffenetly wasnt "God".

In the future when we have more advanced technology we will find out how the world came.
